v1.1
Latest August 22, 2026New: QR Codes, Booking Buttons, and More
- Contact QR code: add a QR code to your signature. Anyone who scans it gets your contact card added to their phone, no hosting or accounts involved. You can also export your details as a vCard file.
- Booking button: insert a styled button that links to your scheduling page, such as Calendly or Microsoft Bookings, in your accent color.
- Link tracking: optionally add tracking tags to your web links so clicks from your signature show up in your website analytics.
- Animated GIFs: small GIFs now keep their animation in your signature instead of freezing on the first frame.
New: Install with Confidence
- Install checkup: before installing, Paraph points out anything your recipients might not see, like a leftover placeholder image, text that is hard to read on a phone, or an image hosted on the web.
- Send a test email: one click after installing opens a message in Mail from the account you installed to, with your new signature already applied, so you can see exactly what recipients will get.
Fixes and Improvements
- Images arrive the way you designed them: pictures in your signature now reach recipients at the size you see in the editor. Some images used to show up larger or distorted on the receiving end.
- Importing from Apple Mail works with images: signatures that contain pictures now import cleanly, and a crash that could happen during import is fixed.
- Replacing an image keeps its shape: swapping in a picture with different proportions no longer stretches it.
- Images describe themselves: pictures you add get a text description automatically, so recipients who have images turned off still see what belongs there.
- One home for your data: if you use both the App Store version and the direct download version, they now share the same signatures and settings.
